Privacy notice

Last updated 13 September 2026

This page explains who is behind Pathways, what personal data this website collects, why, and what your rights are. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect and why

Contact form. When you write to us we receive your name, email address, company (if given) and your message. We use them only to reply to you and to discuss the project you describe. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).

Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and understand which pages are read. It does not use cookies, does not store IP addresses, and does not identify individual visitors. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used.

Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and to keep the service running. They are retained for a short period and then deleted.

Who receives your data

We do not sell or share your data for marketing. Two providers process it on our behalf, under data processing agreements: Vercel Inc. (hosting and analytics) and Resend Inc. (delivery of contact form emails). Both are based in the United States and rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for transfers.

How long we keep it

Contact enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and, if we work together, for the duration of the engagement and the legal retention periods that follow. Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 12 months.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and receive the data you gave us in a portable format. Use the contact page to ask, and we will answer within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it), or with the authority of the country where you live.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies and does not use tracking pixels. Because of this, no cookie banner is shown.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
